The Facilitator’s Guide is meant to serve as agricultural information practitioners’ critical reference materials to equip them to train others with the information and skills on how to develop an ICM strategy. This manual was developed after the first set of CTA workshops on ICM Strategy Development, with input from pedagogical experts at RUFORUM, ICM practioners, and feedback from independent reviewers across the ACP regions.

The Facilitator’s Guide consists of four modules:

  • MODULE 1 – WHAT IS ICM AND ICM STRATEGY?
  • MODULE 2 – PREPARATION & PLANNING PROCESS
  • MODULE 3 – STRATEGY FORMULATION & DEVELOPMENT
  • MODULE 4 – IMPLEMENTATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION
