Preval Platform for Capacity Building in Evaluation and Systematization of Latin America and the Caribbean www.preval.org has updated the contents of its Virtual Library service, available in English and Spanish. It is organized into two blocks:

• (a) Approaches: Managing for Results, Empowerment, Capacity Building, Participation, and Gender, and
• (b) Themes: Evaluation and Rural Development, Evaluation and Organizational Development, Evaluation of Networks and Social Capital; Impact Assessment, Evaluation and Policy Advocacy, among others.
