The InK4DEV Fair will take place after the Opening Session on Monday during the coffee break at 10.30 am (November 21, 2011).
The Fair is a good opportunity for you to showcase publications, booklets, manuals, posters, CDs, DVDs (in short - information products) from your organisations as well as help us get to know each other better. Examples of evaluation reports, strategic plans, annual reports, and other corporate information would therefore be extremely useful. Please therefore bring these information products with you and let us know when you arrive what type of information product you have with you and approximately how much display space you will need.
There will also be a Knowledge café, which will be optional for you to visit. During the café issues relating to information and communication management, organisational learning and monitoring and evaluation will be brushed on.
The Fair will take place just outside the conference rooms.
